Whistleblowing

If you notice any malpractice or fraudulent activity (e.g. breach of Al Hilal Bank’s professional conducts, unethical measures, criminal offence or a breach of any law, any dishonest act or attempted act etc.) involving Al Hilal Bank or Al Hilal Bank Staff, email us with your concern and attach all the supporting documents.

Please consider providing:

• Details of the misconduct/concern (with date and location)
• Details of the concerned person/entity committed the act
• Have you previously reported this case to Al Hilal Bank or any other party?
• Any additional information that you would like to share with us
