Director Mohammed Al Jayyash
Mohammed Al Jayyash was appointed as ADCB's Acting Group Chief Operations Officer in 2019 and was confirmed in 2020. He has held senior operational management positions at ADCB, including Group Chief Service Officer and Branch Operations Manager. He holds Board seats with several ADCB subsidiary companies and is the Chairman of ITMAM Services LLC, and Vice-Chairman of Abu Dhabi Commercial Engineering Services LLC and Abu Dhabi Commercial Properties LLC. He is the Chairman of Emirates Digital Wallet and a Board Member of Al Hilal Bank PJSC. A leader with over 15 years' experience in improving customer experience, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering capabilities for growth, he has deep experience in banking operations, the customer journey and experience, and digital channels.
Mohammed holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Al Ghurair University in the United Arab Emirates, a Post Graduate Certificate in Management at Ashridge Executive Education HULT in the United Kingdom and a Diploma in Banking from the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies.
Director Mashael Alamoodi
Mashael Alamoodi was appointed as a Board Director at Al Hilal Bank in 2024.
Mashael Alamoodi embarked upon her career in Human Resources at Emirates NBD in 2004, before expanding her expertise across various sectors, including Defense and Energy. Her significant contributions to HR were particularly noted during her tenure at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), where she led Centralised HR Operations. Throughout her career, Mashael Alamoodi has demonstrated exceptional skill in Recruitment and Employee Relations and has been instrumental in driving strategic HR initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness.
With over twenty years of experience in managing and reshaping workforce dynamics, she is known for her deep understanding of organisational behavior and her ability to foster an inclusive and high-performing culture. Her strategic vision has been pivotal in promoting consistent employee well-being and advocating for emerging HR professionals.
Director Omran Taimour
Omran Taimour assumed the role of Executive Head of Branch Distribution at ADCB. He has an extensive 26 years of experience in the banking and finance field. With a rich background in various managerial positions within ADCB's Retail Banking Group, Omran Taimour spearheads strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing branch operations, elevating customer service standards, and implementing effective distribution strategies to propel business growth.

The primate responsibilities and functions of the Nomination, Compensation, HR & Governance Committee is to provide assistance to the Board to fulfil its duties to ensure and oversee:
- The appropriate composition of the Board;
- The nomination of appropriate Directors to the Board and its Board Committees;
- Assessment of the performance of the Board, Board Committee, individual Directors and members of Senior Management;
- Succession plans for Board members and Senior Management;
- Remuneration policies for the Bank’s Directors and Senior Management;
- The Bank’s Board performance evaluation and adoption and monitoring of action plans arising from it;
- The Group’s public reporting on corporate governance & remuneration matters;
- The Group’s HR strategy, including Emiratization;
- The development of the Group’s corporate governance framework, including policies, procedures, and systems and controls;
- The Group’s corporate sustainability strategy;
- The Group’s compliance with regulatory requirements relating to corporate governance; and
- The Group’s corporate culture and values, including its governance culture.
